BK Method Pilates Teacher Training

The BodyKult Method — a proprietary, method-based certification.

BodyKult Method Teacher Training

The BodyKult Method Teacher Training is an immersive, method-based program designed to prepare instructors to confidently teach the signature BK Method.

The training combines in-person instruction with anatomy, movement methodology, observation, self-practice, and hands-on teaching experience. Trainees will develop a deeper understanding of the method while learning how to sequence, cue, modify, adjust, and lead classes with confidence and intention.

The program concludes with written and practical assessments to ensure each graduate is prepared to represent and teach the BodyKult Method.

Meet Your Instructor

Tyler Ocampo

Tyler is the founder and creator of The BodyKult Method — a Pilates-based approach built on precision, strength, and presence. Based in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, she's certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as Yoga. She's loved movement from a young age and has always been drawn to exploring what the body can do.

Tyler discovered Pilates and Yoga as a teenager and earned her certification in Brooklyn, NY in January of 2020 — a turning point that sparked her passion for teaching and sharing this work with others. Her classes are a blend of power Pilates, functional movement, and vinyasa-inspired flow — dynamic, sweaty, and deeply focused. Every sequence is crafted to challenge both body and mind while keeping students grounded through breath and alignment.

Tyler's style is known for strong cueing, smooth transitions, and an energy that pushes students to find their edge while staying present. You'll leave her classes feeling balanced, clear, and fully alive.
