Fusion

Get the best of multiple disciplines in one dynamic session! My Fusion Fitness class blends elements of Pilates, yoga, functional movement, and HIIT, designed to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility while keeping your workouts fresh and engaging. Perfect for those who love variety and want to challenge themselves at every level.

Pilates

Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body with Pilates, a method that focuses on core stability, flexibility, and total body alignment. My sessions offer personalized attention to help you build strength from the inside out, enhancing your posture, balance, and body awareness.

Yoga

I offer both Vinyasa and Yin yoga to suit your needs. Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-driven practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through flowing sequences. Yin yoga, on the other hand, is a slower, more meditative style that focuses on long-held postures to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. Whether you're looking for an energizing flow or a grounding stretch, my classes provide a balanced approach to support your body and mind.
